absolutely disappointed with my stay. relentless noise from traffic was unbearable, and no one even bothered to provide blackout curtains. i almost left without complaining, but then i realized i never received the room upgrade i deserved for my troubles. i hoped for some special treatment, but apparently, that’s too much to ask.

the northwood has a fantastic location just off the motorway heading north, making it easy to get around. the in-room facilities offered good convenience for our family, and the warm hospitality from the family running the place made our stay even better. it's great value for money too!

We experienced a bit of warmth at night since the air conditioning was downstairs while the bedrooms were upstairs. Thankfully, we found a plug-in fan to help cool down.
